Congrats to the DPW for a job well done!

By 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening Pleasant Avenue was spotless. The sweeper swept and the blowers blew. And all was good.

Hopefully the borough was re-imbursed for the clean-up by the promoter. Or perhaps it came from the Chamber of Commerce's cut? Doesn't matter where it came from, as long as the borough was paid.

Yes a big thank you to the DPW for their work during the Street Fair. Both for setting up and cleaning up. Also, to the police and the special police for their presence.

It was really great to see so many people out even though the weather could have been a little warmer.

But who paid for the cleanup? Did any of our tax $$ go to it?

Did the town make any money on it or did the phantem chamber of comerce make money?
